Yes. Customers simply reply YES to confirm or RESCHEDULE to change their appointment. PingLocal processes the reply and updates your team in the shared inbox.
Does it integrate with my booking system?
PingLocal integrates with Google Calendar via OAuth. For other booking systems, you can trigger reminders manually or via our API. More integrations are coming soon.
When are reminders sent?
By default, reminders go out 24 hours before the appointment. You can customise the timing to suit your business. Some clients prefer 2-hour reminders for same-day services.
What does a reminder message look like?
A personalised WhatsApp message with the customer's name, appointment date, time, and location. You can customise the template and add your own branding.
How much does each reminder cost?
